Service Description

Why do I need a face to face consultation? A face to face consultation with Nurse Hannah will give you the chance to ask any questions and raise any concerns you may have in strictest confidence. The aim fo the consultation is to assess your face as a whole, and together make an ethical holistic treatment plan best suited to achieve your goals. How much is a consultation? Hannah offers a free 20-minute no-obligation consultation. What information do you need from me? When you come in, we will ask you to complete a form including information about your medical history and any past facial procedures. It's important you bring in a list of any medication you are currently taking. This, along with your personal treatment goals, will allow Hannah to advise you as to the various treatment options open to you. We will also take some photos to add to your patient treatment record. Not sure what treatment is best for you? No problem! The main aim of a consultation is to talk you through the treatments best suited to your case profile and desired end result. And there is the added reassurance that, since Hannah will be the one performing any procedure, she can give you as much detail and information as you need to decide what is right for you. What if I decide not to go ahead? If, after having chatted everything through, you decide you don’t wish to proceed, that’s not a problem at all. We will never put you under any pressure or obligation to have any treatment or try to persuade you one way or the other, which is why we never offer incentives to go ahead with any treatment. We’re only happy if you’re happy! What’s the next step? Once you are happy with the proposed treatment plan, you will just need to sign the consent form, pay an initial deposit and then book in for your appointment.
